An active, committed and practicing Christian who believes in walking the talk, Wanda has focused energies on supporting Christian-based organizations by providing marketing expertise.

At First Baptist Church of Venice, FL, she managed the marketing for a major capital campaign to educate members and the local community about a new second campus ministry. Working in cooperation with church leadership and administration, she and a small team of volunteers developed a turnkey marketing plan and integrated marketing campaign including focus groups, custom logo design, branded communication messages, multiple member testimonial videos, along with accompanying brochures, flyers, posters, pledge cards, web content, social posts and more. The initial campaign achieved its preliminary goals.

While Wanda has relocated from the area, she continues to consult and assist her former church with consulting and PR services.   

​

In 2019, Wanda was engaged by Nathaniel’s Hope, a nationwide Christian ministry and outreach embracing the special needs community involving VIP Kids and their families. As its first in-house director of marketing, Wanda worked closely with the leadership and ministry team to develop growth strategies while reaching new milestones in both brand awareness through multiple social and PR channels, as well as church and community engagement. Major PR achievements included national coverage and media interviews on K-LOVE and other Christian media stations throughout North America.

Today, she continues to consult with Nathaniel’s Hope on project-based PR and brand messaging initiatives.

 

At her new home church in Pace, Florida, she has assisted the Discipleship Leader in editing two student D-Group manuals

In addition to marketing activities, Wanda has previously served as a praise team vocalist, choir member and has facilitated/moderated small group bible studies and youth group programs.
